About Wilson’s Deli
Wilson’s Deli and Coffee, established in 2023, we opened our doors in February 2024 in the heart of Bradwell Abbey along Alston Drive.
At Wilson’s Deli you can expect freshly made to order sandwiches using meat procured from The Best Butcher in Great Brickhill.
Our bread is freshly baked for us from The Cottage Bakery in Ampthill. Our salad items come from Market Hill Greengrocers in Newport Pagnell, we use chutney’s and pickles from local company Labour of Love preserves and our current cake and sweet treat selection is baked by The Cottage Bakery.
Passionate about working with the best local companies and suppliers our coffee is from local roasters Doe & Fawn and is served in cups handmade by local potter Andrew Macdermott.
Our Story
Following the success of our sister company Wilson’s Street Food established in 2018 we decided to expand our family run business and open our own deli.
We can now offer eat in or takeaway in comfortable surroundings with free WiFi. We can deliver our deli menu to your office or workplace or we can provide sandwich/buffet platters for corporate or private events.
